@kettanaito the conceptual model of React is that you take inputs (props, state) and return the next UI (JSX). notably, both for first render *and* for updates. this model, setting aside the practicalities of working in JS, is a pure function. that’s as FP as it gets.

To become a frontend engineer in 2023, the landscape has changed. It's no longer just React. It's now: - Typescript - Next.js (For react devs), Nuxt.js (For Vue devs) - SSR, SSG, CSR - Vite - Testing Library, Cypress tests 90% of frontend jobs use at least 2 of these everyday.
